Launch of Become Adarsh Project in Vadodara City Schools
On June 19, 2024, the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha inaugurated the Become Adarsh program for students of primary schools in Vadodara District. The event witnessed participation from over 2,000 teachers and principals representing 1,300 schools.
The program was inaugurated in the presence of Shri Maheshbhai Pandey, District Primary Education Officer of Vadodara, and senior swamis from BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Atladara. The event marked the launch of the Become Adarsh project, which is designed to instill moral values and holistic education among students. Attendees were guided on how the initiative by BAPS will contribute significantly to nurturing the values and character of young minds.
Pujya Dr. Gyanvatsal Swami from the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Atladara, delivered an inspiring address on the topic “Sa Vidya Ya Vimuktaye (A True Education is that which Liberates).”
The event concluded with teachers pledging to take a step forward in building a bright and value-driven future for India.
