Launch of "Become Adarsh" Project in Bharuch District Schools

On 30th September 2025, the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha officially launched the “Become Adarsh” project for students of the Bharuch district at BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Bharuch. The convention witnessed a significant gathering, with over 840 principals and headteachers representing approximately 900 government primary schools from all talukas of the district.

 

The inauguration ceremony was graced by several esteemed dignitaries, including:

Shri Pravinbhai Solanki & Shri Dineshbhai Makwana (HTAT Hit Rakshak Samiti & Executive Member, Gujarat State Primary Teachers’ Association)

 

During the assembly, Pujya Anirdesh Swami, Kothari of BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Bharuch, delivered an insightful keynote address on the theme: “The Heart of Education is the Education of the Heart.” He emphasized that true education goes beyond textbooks and must focus on character-building and the emotional well-being of a child.

 

The event concluded with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by a collective pledge from all principals and educators to work towards India’s bright future by nurturing moral and ethical values in the younger generation.
